Ben came out within a day a did a truly superb job! Great PDR is an art, and Ben is an artist (and also a very nice guy)! He also took care of a couple of more minor dings, all for a VERY reasonable price. This is the best PDR I've ever had done. I could not be more pleased! I just bought a brand... read more new 2024 GLC-300 Mercedes 3 weeks ago that I seldom drive for fear of getting dents and dings, but while drying off the back hatch yesterday I saw a 3" dent in the liftgate that I KNOW was not from my neglect. I park far away from other vehicles if I have to go somewhere, but otherwise it is parked indoors, protected from the elements. To say my night was ruined was an understatement because the thought of someone taking the back panel off and unhooking wires to put a long metal rod behind the dent and working it out had me thinking more issues would come because of it. Yes, I watched hours of YouTube videos on dent repairs! Although Stephen preferred to attack the dent from inside the panel, he agreed to my request to glue pull the dent out. No doubt his method may have been quicker, but He took the time for 45 minutes to accommodate my request while I watched with my OCD eyes. I just prayed it would be perfect when he was finished, and although I was afraid to look, it was! His attention to detail and his commitment to taking as long as needed to get the repair looking like it just left the factory was impressive and appreciated. His pricing matched his value and skill level. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
